How to Delete Your Nona Account
Nona is part of Juegos Senda, a family of games by SENDA LLC that share a single account. That is why deleting has two distinct meanings, and the App offers you both of them separately:
- Remove Nona from your account — your Nona progress goes. You keep your account, your @username, your friends and your progress in the other games.
- Delete your Juegos Senda account — everything goes, across every game in the family, including the ones you do not have installed on this phone.
This page explains how to do each, exactly what is deleted, what survives, and how long it takes.
Playing without an account? Then there is nothing to delete from our servers: we create no profile and store none of your games. Everything lives on your phone and disappears when you uninstall the App.
How to reach the two options
- Open Nona and sign in.
- Go to the More tab.
- Tap your profile card (the one showing your avatar and your @username).
- At the bottom of the sheet that opens, tap Delete account.
- You will see both options, each with its own explanation. Choose the one you want.
- To confirm, you will have to type your @username. That is deliberate: these are actions that cannot be undone, and typing it out prevents an accidental tap.
The App may ask you to sign in again with Google or Apple before completing a full deletion. It is not a redundant step: it is the security check the account system requires when your session has been open for a while, and it exists so that nobody who picks up your unlocked phone can delete your account.
If you cannot get into the App
If you have lost access to your Google or Apple account, or cannot use the App for any other reason, write to us at support@sendapr.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line:
Account deletion request — Nona
Tell us whether you want to leave Nona only or delete your entire Juegos Senda account. We process these requests within 30 days of receiving them, and usually within the first few. We confirm by email when it is done.
Option 1 — Remove Nona from your account
This is what the App calls "Remove Nona from your account".
What is deleted
- Your Nona progress: your streak, your best streak, your points — total, weekly and monthly — and the record of every daily game you played.
- Your presence in the Nona leaderboard: you stop appearing in your friends' standings.
- The marker showing that you have Nona: your friends stop seeing you as a Nona player, and will be able to invite you again.
- Your session in this game: when it finishes, the App signs you out here.
What you keep
- Your Juegos Senda account and your Google or Apple sign-in.
- Your @username, which remains yours and is not released.
- Your display name, your avatar and your country.
- Your friends, across every game.
- Your progress in the other games in the family.
You can come back to Nona whenever you want. You would start from zero in this game, with the same identity as always.
Option 2 — Delete your Juegos Senda account
This is what the App calls "Delete everything". It is immediate and irreversible.
What is deleted
The following is permanently removed from our servers, across every game in the family:
- Your profile: display name, avatar, country and creation date.
- All of your progress: streaks, points and every one of your games, in all Juegos Senda games — including those you do not have installed on this phone.
- Your friendships and pending requests, in both directions. Those who were your friends stop seeing you in their list and in their leaderboards.
- Your block list.
- Your notification tokens, so you stop receiving alerts.
- Your access record, that is, the entry linking your Google or Apple sign-in to Juegos Senda.
- Your "Sign in with Apple" authorization, if that is how you signed in. When the account is deleted we ask Apple to revoke the permission you granted.
Your @username is released
When you delete the account, your @username becomes available again to anybody else. If you later create a new account and that name has already been claimed, you will have to choose another one: we do not reserve it.
That is the main difference from option 1: only full deletion releases your @username.
About the Apple permission: it appears as "CINCO"
If you signed in with Apple, there is a detail worth knowing so that it does not confuse you: under Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple, the authorization does not appear as "Nona", but as "CINCO".
This is not a mistake. Juegos Senda games share a single Apple sign-in, and the system lists it under the name of the first game in the family. It is the same authorization for all of them, which is precisely what makes your account the same across every one.
Normally you do not have to do anything: the App asks Apple to revoke it for you. If that revocation were to fail, the App tells you so and shows you how to remove it by hand — under that CINCO entry, not under a Nona one, because none exists.
What is NOT deleted (under either option)
It is worth being clear about what survives deletion, and why:
- The "Remove ads" purchase, if you made it. That purchase lives in your Apple or Google account, not in your Juegos Senda account, so deleting your account neither cancels nor refunds it. If you reinstall the App, recover it with "Restore purchases" on the More screen. Refunds, if you want one, are handled by the store where you bought it.
- Crash reports your device had already sent us (Firebase Crashlytics). These are technical records — device model, system version, error trace — that contain no part of your profile, and they are kept for that service's retention periods.
- Usage data already collected, which is tied to an installation identifier and was never linked to your account. It deletes itself once its retention period is up.
- Data the law requires us to keep, typically for accounting or tax reasons.
None of the above identifies you as a Nona player once the account is deleted.
What happens to the data on your phone
Nona also stores your progress on the device itself, so that you can play offline: the streak, the points, the game in progress, your language and colour preferences, and the purchase marker.
When you use either of the two options, the App clears what Nona stores on this phone for your account, so that the deletion does not undo itself on the next launch. Whatever local data remains disappears entirely when you uninstall the App.
Only want to change something, not delete?
A good deal can be done without permanently deleting anything:
- Display name, avatar and country can be edited whenever you like from the same profile sheet (More → your profile card). Remember that these three are shared across every game in the family.
- Friendships: you can remove a friend from their row in the Social tab.
- Blocks: they are lifted from the same screen where they are applied.
- Notifications: they are turned off in your operating system's settings, without touching the account.
Your @username is the exception: it is permanent by design, because it is how your friends find you, and it cannot be changed without deleting the whole account.
If you want to delete something specific that is not listed here, write to us at support@sendapr.com telling us which data; the same 30-day period applies.
How long it takes
| Route | Timing |
|---|---|
| From the App (either option) | Immediate and irreversible |
| By email | Up to 30 days (usually a few) |
